Reserving the DArt Labs and Studio Spaces

Reserving Lab Space

In order to reserve the DArt Labs, Podcast Studio, and Green Screen Studio, please email dla@transy.edu with your reservation details. Once DLA staff have reviewed your information, they will contact you to finalize your reservation.

Please complete the form at least one week in advance of when you would like to make your reservation. 

Reservation Guidelines for Students, Faculty, and Staff

Please keep the following in mind:

1. You need to have been through equipment training with DLA staff in the current term. If you haven't, then part of reserving the space will involve scheduling a training session with DLA staff. 

2. Students who wish to work in the lab after hours, on the weekend, or during holidays will need to have a professor submit an After Hours Request Form to the Dean of the University. The professor who sponsors the student's application should be teaching the class for which the student is completing the project. 

3. For small enough class sizes, Faculty can reserve DArt Labs for their classes to do multimedia work or for training sessions with DLA staff by completing the reservation form.
